Children's Unit
Led by experienced paediatric orthopaedic consultants, we provide specialist advice, diagnosis and treatment for children between 0 – 18 years. The team also treats young adults with ongoing problems related to childhood conditions.
Treatment is offered for the whole spectrum of bone, joint and muscular disorders during childhood, including treatment of the following:

Specialist staff
The nursing team includes specialist paediatric orthopaedic nurses who provide dedicated care for the duration of your child’s visit to the hospital. Our Childrens' Orthopaedic Therapy Team are all members of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and will help your child mobilise after their surgery.
