Quality Improvement
Quality Improvement is about looking at what we are doing, seeing if we could do it better and testing new ways of working to improve both patient and staff’s experience and outcomes.
As either a patient, carer, or member of the public, do you feel like you have a voice in relation to improvements at RJAH?
Have you ever worked with a particular service, team, department, or ward, in relation to improving our services at RJAH?
Have you ever been offered to support a particular service, team, department, or ward, in relation to improving services at RJAH?
Would you be interested in learning more about quality improvement?
If you answer yes to any of the above, please consider becoming part of #ImproveTheNextJourney.
#ImproveTheNextJourney is a platform for patient, carer, or member of the public, to get involved and help support the work of the Trust. Being involved means having a voice whilst bring knowledge, skills, and experience to support our Trust as we evaluate, develop, and deliver our services.
We want people to get involved for a variety of reasons – to give something back, to change and improve services, or to do something meaningful.
If you are interested in joining our #ImproveTheNextJourney initiative, please email rjah.improvement@nhs.net.
