We have partnered with DrDoctor to enhance our communication with patients regarding hospital visits, letters and general updates. DrDoctor provides a secure online platform to manage your appointments.
You can also receive important information about your visit to our hospital via text messages and email.
You will receive text messages from this RJAH trusted number: +44 7860 039092.
Rest assured, this is a genuine and secure number. Please note, you cannot reply to this number. From today (Wednesday 12 November 2025), you may start to receive messages reminding you about upcoming appointments.
You can also log on to the DrDoctor online patient portal, where you can view your appointments, access any assessments or questions the hospital has sent you. You will soon also be able to view and download appointment letters.
