Step into Health

At RJAH, we are proud to support the Step into Health scheme.

Step into Health was first developed in 2014 by Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals, The Royal Foundation and Walking With the Wounded to provide a dedicated pathway for the Armed Forces community to access the numerous career opportunities available in the NHS.

The initiative was created because the NHS recognises the transferable skills and cultural values that the Armed Forces community develop, and how they are compatible with skills required within NHS roles.

It's open to all service leavers, veterans and their families.
