How do I sign up?

The app is currently being rolled out in phases to different groups of patients. You will receive a text message or email when it's your turn.

• Click the link in the text message or email, or click here
• Enter your NHS number and date of birth
• Create an account, by entering either your email address or mobile number – this will be your username, and setting up a password
• Review the terms and conditions
• Download the myrecovery app from your app store
• Log in by selecting – I’ve already created my account online, and entering your username and password
