The non-operative and surgical management of knee injuries, knee arthritis and hamstring injuries. I have undergone three years of post-fellowship training in sports knee surgery and arthroplasty surgery to offer up-to-date techniques for complex cases. Management of sports injuries of the knee includes modern management of ACL and meniscus injuries. All ACL graft options including hamstring, patella tendon, quadriceps, peroneus longus, allograft, as clinically indicated. All current arthroscopic techniques to "save the meniscus" including all inside, inside out, outside in, trans-tibial root repairs. Fibrin clot augmented meniscus repair and all-absorbable meniscus repair where indicated. Surgical reconstruction of PCL, MCL, Posterolateral corner and multi ligament knee reconstruction. I offer cartilage repair surgery, meniscus transplant surgery and osteotomy procedures to realign the bones when this is appropriate. I offer a comprehensive service incorporating all of the above skills for patients who have had failure of their first ACL reconstruction, to offer them the best chance of success with their re-do procedure. I offer all current techniques to manage patella dislocations and anterior knee pain, offering hamstring or quadriceps grafts for MPFL reconstruction, and offer more complex surgery for challenging cases and cases that have had unsuccessful surgery previously. I offer surgery to repair hamstring injuries where this is clinically appropriate. This includes tendon reattachment to bone and intra muscular tendon injuries in select cases. I perform partial knee replacement (medial, lateral, patellofemoral) for appropriate cases, and both primary and revision total knee replacement when the whole knee has worn out.
