I obtained medical history, performed clinical examinations, and assessed inclusion/exclusion criteria. · 2009 – 2010: ‘Are there evidence-based strategies in the treatment of Antiphospholipid Syndrome in pregnancy?' This was the dissertation part of the MSc in Rheumatology. It is a purely literature-based exercise. · 2008 – 2009 ‘What is the role of Th17 cell in Rheumatic diseases?' as a part of the MSc in Rheumatology course. Literature review · 2001 – 2002 International, multicentre, randomised, double-blind, double- dummy parallel group active controlled endoscopic study of gastrointestinal effects of CCOX189 with Rheumatoid Arthritis using Ibuprofen and Celecoxib as comparators – I obtained medical history, performed clinical examinations, and assessed inclusion/exclusion criteria. · 1996 – 1998 "Apolipoproteins and Lupus Anticoagulants study in Geriatrics." Thesis for partial fulfilment of MD, Faculty of Medicine, Ain-Shams University Hospital, Cairo, Egypt · 1997 – 1997 "Primary Antiphospholipid Syndrome” As part of the Diploma. It was about the new clinical picture and recent management at the Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Hammersmith Hospital, University of London - literature review.
