Dr Redfern is the Lead for Day Surgery. His interests include enhanced patient recovery.

Qualifications:

In 1999, Dr Redfern achieved his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery MBChB (Hons) from the University of Birmingham. He then went on to complete the Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA) examination in 2005.

Appointments:

Dr Redfern was previously at Glan Clwyd Hospital from September 2009 - December 2018 before joining RJAH in 2019.
