This week, our Access team have been issuing messages to patients waiting for outpatient appointments and surgery. This has been done via our text message and online form service Dr Doctor.
If you are waiting for an appointment at RJAH, you may receive a text message from 07860 039092 asking you to respond to an online form. Please be assured this is not a spam message and has come from the hospital.
If you cannot access the detail using the link please do not worry, your care will not be impacted, we will contact you via another method.
