Have your say on equality and diversity at RJAH

At The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital, we’re committed to ensuring that everyone who uses our services feels valued, respected and supported.

We’re inviting our patients, service users and the local community to take part in a short survey to help us shape how we deliver care and engage with our community.

This survey focuses on domain 1 of the Equality Delivery System 2 (EDS2), which looks at how we provide services that are fair, inclusive and accessible for all.

EDS2 helps NHS organisations review and improve performance for people with protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010, work with local communities and partners to make sure services meet the needs of everyone and deliver on Public Sector Equality Duty by promoting equality and reducing health inequalities.

By sharing your feedback, you’ll also help us better understand the demographic makeup of our community – information that’s vital when working with our Patient Engagement Group and through co-production, ensuring that our services are designed around what matters most to you.
