Meeting Dates

The Council of Governors Meetings will be held four times per year, including an annual meeting when the Council of Governors receive and consider the annual accounts and reports.

All meetings of the Council of Governors will be open to the public and will form the key face of public accountability to the Board. The Council of Governors will be chaired by the Trust Chairman.

Future meeting dates are:

10 April 2024
10 July 2024
24 November 2024
12 March 2025

All meetings are held at 1.00pm in the conference suite at RJAH.

Please note this meeting is open to members of the public. Public are asked to notify the Trust of any matters they wish to raise in advance, as this will allow the Trust to be able to respond fully and will assist in the time management of the meeting.

Members Surgery

Our Governors regularly engage with our Foundation Trust members. You can find members of the Council of Governors in the RJAH Main Entrance between 9:30am - 12:30pm on the following dates:

05 December 2024

These sessions provide our members with the opportunity to let the Governors know about what you would like to learn more about at the hospital, feedback your experiences and suggestions, or what news stories you would like to receive in our members newsletters and correspondence.
