Meeting Dates

The Council of Governors Meetings will be held four times per year, including an annual meeting when the Council of Governors receive and consider the annual accounts and reports.

All meetings of the Council of Governors will be open to the public and will form the key face of public accountability to the Board. The Council of Governors will be chaired by the Trust Chairman. 

Future meeting dates are: 

  • 3 June 2026

  • 30 September 2026 (AGM)

  • 2 December 2026

  • 24 March 2027

All meetings are held in the conference suite at RJAH.

Please note this meeting is open to members of the public. Public are asked to notify the Trust of any matters they wish to raise in advance, as this will allow  the Trust to be able to respond fully and will assist in the time management of the meeting.
