Paul Maubach
Associate Non-Executive Director
Paul joined the Board of Directors in March 2023.
Paul has over 30 years prior experience of working in NHS management, the last ten years of which were in Chief Executive roles, covering all aspects of the NHS from primary care through to specialised services.
He is a qualified Accountant with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) and holds a Masters in Leadership and Organisational Development. He is currently the Director and owner of Maubach Consulting Ltd which provides management consultancy to the health and care sectors.
In a previous role, Paul used to organise the funding for the specialised services provided by RJAH and, so he is keen to support the Trust in continuing to develop as a centre of excellence, both locally and nationally.
