Martin Evans
Non-Executive Director
Martin joined RJAH in September 2022 as Associate Non-Executive Director.
Martin has worked within the public sector for over 30 years predominantly within the Police Service where he served latterly as an Assistant Chief Constable with West Mercia Police having responsibility for delivery of 24/7 policing services across the counties of Shropshire, Telford, Worcestershire and Herefordshire. Since this time he has been working as a Non Executive Director at two NHS Trusts as well as supporting the Home Office and Department for Transport in seeking new ways of making our roads safer and reducing the number of people being killed and seriously injured.
Martin has many years of experience working at an operational and strategic level with other agencies.
Martin is a people person and passionate about ensuring that we do all that we can to look after our staff and improve the quality of life of our communities.
