AbleWorld

AbleWorld is the largest mobility retailer in the country who sell wheelchairs, scooters, bathing accessories, walking aids and more.

At RJAH, the shop is located in the Main Entrance of the hospital.

Opening times:

Monday to Saturday: 9am - 5:30pm
Sunday and Bank holidays: closed

Please note that sometimes the shop is closed between 1pm - 2pm so please get in touch to check availability.

Changing Places

We have a changing places facility for those who may need more space and extra support. The facility includes equipment such as a hoist, privacy screen, adult-sized changing bench, peninsula toilet, and an adjustable sink.

The facility is located in the Main Entrance of the hospital.

Baby changing

There are two baby change facilities available to visitors at RJAH - one in the toilets found in the Main Entrance and another in the toilets located by Kenyon Ward off the main corridor. 

Cash point

A cash point is situated near the League of Friends shop and the Post Office and is available out of hours when the Post Office is closed.
