In our latest CQC inspection, we were rated Good overall and Outstanding for caring.

The report highlighted many examples of outstanding practice - especially across our medicine division and children and young people services.

We are now looking for nurses who will continue to provide outstanding care for our patients.

We also support a wide variety of post graduate modules, at both masters and degree level, such as orthopaedic practice and spinal injury courses.

There are also a range of other courses available to support you in your clinical practice and further enhance your career. 

Newly-qualified nurses

Our preceptorship programme is second-to-none and will ensure newly-qualified members of our nursing team receive the support they need to transition from student nurse to a fully confident and competent Registered Staff Nurse.
