Healthy Lifestyle - Making Every Contact Count

At The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, we are keen to help encourage healthy lifestyle choices.

We are proud to be supporting the "OK to Ask" Make Every Contact Count (MECC) campaign to help us improve the health and wellbeing of our patients, staff and public.

Making Every Contact Count (MECC) is about using every opportunity to talk to individuals about improving their health and offering advice and support to enable them to achieve this.

MECC focuses on:

  • Stopping smoking
  • Drinking alcohol within the recommended limits
  • Keeping to a healthy weight
  • Healthy eating
