Video consultations

With the support of NHS England and NHS Improvement, we are now offering video consultation to some of our patients. This forms part of our response to the COVID-19.

Attend Anywhere is a secure NHS video call service for patients with pre-arranged appointment times only. The decision to offer this type of appointment will be made by a clinician depending on your individual care needs.

Video consultations are easy to use and are often more convenient

Please note: Attend Anywhere will not work on Internet Explorer or Firefox browsers, if you’re using a desktop, laptop or Andriod tablet/smartphone please download Google Chrome or if using a Mac, iPad or iPhone, you’ll need to use  Safari for free.

Make sure you join the video appointment from a stable internet connection and a private area.

If you are due to have a video consultation, we will schedule your appointment as normal and send you the details of the appointment date and time.

Before your appointment, please ensure you use our Test Call service below to test your equipment. You can do this by clicking the button below:

 

 

 

 

Five minutes before your appointment time, click on the relevant service below. You will then be prompted to enter your first name, last name, date of birth and phone number.  The information you submit will help us to identify you, please click ‘submit’ to proceed.

Once signed in, please wait for your clinician to greet you.
