Superhero Tri Challenge

The RJAH Charity will be entering a team into the Superhero Tri Challenge taking place in August in Buckinghamshire.

The Superhero Tri is a disability sports event where individuals who consider themselves to have a disability and their friends and family can participate in a swim, cycle and push/run triathlon challenge.

There are three different missions to take part in, and participants can choose which they would like to do:

  • The Sprint Superhero Tri - 150m swim, 3k cycle and 1k push/run
  • The Half Superhero Tri - 400m swim, 10k cycle and 2.5k push/run
  • The Full Superhero Tri - 750m swim, 20k cycle and 5k push/run

In return for a place, participants are asked to raise funds for the hospital charity.
